Russian tanks are known for 2 things, cheap, and alot of them. That was the whole idea for them, cheap and fast to make so that you can overpower the enemy with the sheer amount of them. They were cheap but lacked in many areas such as crew surviveability and comfort as well and their quality. It was very lackluster at that. They also didnt have very powerfull guns at first, so they were at a constant disadvantage. They were known to be firery death traps for any who were inside, as they had a tendancy to catch fire when struck. They were also very hard to ge out of. This was because of the poor crew ergonomics in most of russias vehicles.
